background of the event is the increasing need for requalification adult and thus to competence assessment methods that serve as the foundation-fitting support. Sun are at the end of their schooling, many young People with insufficient knowledge and skills on the threshold of professional life. Adults with long experience in the workplace, the family organization or the volunteer or want to have to regroup. Immigrants who have successfully acquired in their countries of origin training and qualifications, are in Germany again at the very beginning, when their degrees are not recognized or are not sufficient language skills. In four articles support the principles of diagnosis and case studies from the collaborative projects and practice are presented.
